Mediterranean and Latin, from a family kitchen
Hemispheres Bistro in Bettendorf is Mediterranean and Latin cooking from a family-run kitchen, and some of you may remember us as Plus Saporis. The Hemispheres name comes from the restaurant that came before us.
Chef Aman Razdan
Chef Aman is our owner and executive chef, with more than 30 years of cooking behind him, including hotels and banquets. He was raised in India alongside his brother Janna Suvarna, learned there that family and food are inseparable, and still cooks with dietary needs in mind.
Simon, Arion and Mikhaela
Simon started as a dishwasher at 14 and is now our Chef de Cuisine. Arion began cooking beside his father and Simon at 15 and calls his dad a role model, and their sister Mikhaela lends her creativity to the restaurant's design.
A table for your group
We designed the room for gatherings with friends, family or colleagues, with cocktails and wine alongside the food. Bring a big group and order across the menu so everyone gets to try a bit of everything.
